Demo runs on the always-on demo.keelpilot.com instance with fixture data and a $0 replay-mode LLM. Test fires a real cold-bootstrap + Terraform deploy on AWS for a brand-new tenant — Aurora, Fargate, KMS-CMK, the 11-Lambda pipeline, live Bedrock — then auto-tears-down. The Demo is "see what the product looks like." Test is "see how the deploy actually works."

▸ Why LinkedIn sign-in?

A real LinkedIn profile (name + headline + email + photo) gives us enough lead-attribution signal to follow up with serious evaluators. We don't post or read connections. Burner Gmail signups give us nothing actionable; LinkedIn gives us a conversation starter.
